Art Statement
Since November 2022, I have embarked on a transformative artistic journey, relinquishing my previous focus on representational landscapes. Inspired by the divine, I have embraced a new direction, employing bold color palettes and minimalist compositions to convey themes of salvation, redemption, mercy, and truth.
In this exploration of spirituality, my artworks serve as visual narratives, inviting viewers to immerse themselves in the profound emotions of peace, joy, and transcendence that accompany the acceptance of a higher power. Through simplicity and vibrant hues, I seek to transcend the confines of the tangible, offering a visual sanctuary where one can experience the beauty and wonder of a heart at peace and a spirit filled with joy after embracing the divine.
My intention is for the audience to connect with these canvases on a profound level, to perceive the intangible sensations that accompany a surrendered heart. 这幅作品中,密集如墙的绿色笔触,仿佛遮盖、阻挡着前行之路,令人迷失方向。但就在中央,一条由浅至明的光路劈开重围,从画面顶部贯穿到底部,如神的手亲自划开。
这一道光,不是从人间升起的希望,而是从天而降的拯救。那是耶稣在十字架上为我们所开的道路,是在最黑暗中仍然可见的“又新又活的路”。

✨ Spiritual Reflection (English):
The painting is layered with dense green strokes—like a forest or a wall, thick and enclosing, directionless at first glance. Yet, right down the center, a path of yellow light breaks through, cutting from top to bottom, like the hand of God splitting the impossible.
This light is not hope rising from the earth—it is salvation descending from heaven. It resembles the living way opened by Jesus through the cross, a path visible even in darkness.
There are no figures here, no crosses or icons—yet the spiritual eye, if awakened, can see that redemption has come.
This is not a way of striving, but of resting in the grace that saves.

When the greens become layers of covering and entanglement, we assume we can only be pushed along. Yet God places a reserve of white where we don’t expect it—a space to turn, to breathe, to realign direction. The white is not escape; it sits right beside reality, even tightly bordered by its texture. This implies that God’s way often appears inside the problem, within the seam of pressure itself. The blue reads as quiet faith: when the passage shows up, the heart grows still, recognizes the way, and then steps forward. Redemption becomes an experience of being led to an opening—from density to clarity, from entanglement to light.

To contemplate this work is to remember: even when we feel surrounded and confined, redemption is already at work within, shining quietly through the seams.

当我们“看见救赎”,我们才知道,救恩并非靠我们挣脱,而是主主动穿越我们的黑暗,来寻回我们。
✨ Spiritual Reflection (English)
At first glance, the painting is a dense weave of green—layered, sealed, almost suffocating. It reflects the human condition after the Fall: veiled from God, eyes darkened by sin, surrounded by the weight of the world.
But then—a sudden white streak. Unexplained. Unpredictable.
This single line breaks through like redemption itself, like the torn veil in the temple when Christ died. It is the path He carved, not one we earned, but one given in grace.
That opening of white—clean, pure—is the moment of sight restored. To “see redemption” is not a matter of human effort, but divine mercy cutting through all barriers.
It is the Lord who breaks in, so that we may finally see.
